The short version
"Unlimited" means no credits, no per-record bill and unlimited lifetime data for normal prospecting. It doesn't mean copying our database. Limits exist so the people doing real work always get fast, fresh data.
1. What's included
Search and enrichment each have three limits: records per five hours, requests per five hours and records per week. Records are only counted when data comes back; every request counts, hits and misses alike. Windows roll from your first request. The exact numbers are on the pricing page and in every API response under usage. Scraping is an add-on, metered in units.

2. What isn't fair use
- Systematically pulling records to rebuild or resell a database.
- Sharing one key across separate companies or customers.
- Embedding Leadsets data in a product you sell, without a separate written agreement.
- Getting around limits with multiple accounts.
3. What happens if you hit a limit
You get a 429 with a Retry-After time. Nothing is billed. If usage looks like extraction, we'll email you before we restrict anything.
4. Using the data responsibly
You're responsible for following the outreach laws that apply to you, honouring unsubscribes, and not contacting people who have opted out. Suppressed records are removed from Leadsets results automatically.
