Leadsets is an API-first B2B data service for people building AI-first go-to-market workflows in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay or their own agents.
Our fair use policy starts from one observation: real agents don't pull data around the clock. They work in bursts, then pause.
So each plan gets a five-hour window sized for real prospecting bursts, and a weekly limit on records so no one can copy the database. Search has lower limits than enrichment. Requests are capped at five times the five-hour record limit, to stop abuse.
A record is counted only when we return data: a real contact, company or email. Every request counts toward the request limit, whether or not it returns data. Windows roll from your first request.
Applies to search_people and search_companies.
| Plan | 5 hrs · records | 5 hrs · requests | 1 week · records |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1,000 one time* | — | — |
| Solo · $29 | 500 | 2,500 | 2,500 |
| Pro · $99 | 7,500 | 37,500 | 37,500 |
| Team · $399 | 75,000 | 375,000 | 375,000 |
| Max · $999 | 112,500 | 562,500 | 562,500 |
* Free accounts get 1,000 records once, shared across search and enrichment. They don't refill.
How many searches can run at the same time. Extra searches wait their turn and get a 429 too_many_concurrent; waiting calls use no records.
| Plan | Concurrent searches |
|---|---|
| Solo · $29 | 3 |
| Pro · $99 | 5 |
| Team · $399 | 8 |
| Max · $999 | 8 |
You get a 429 with a Retry-After time and a machine-readable error type. Blocked calls use no records. Every response, and the get_usage tool, shows what's left in each window.
If usage looks like database extraction rather than prospecting, we'll email you before we restrict anything. See the general Fair use policy for what counts as extraction.
